2. Website & Hosting
This website is hosted using services provided by Hostinger.
When you visit this website, technical information may automatically be processed in order to provide and operate the website securely and reliably.
This may include:
- IP address
- browser type and version
- operating system
- date and time of access
- referring website
- pages accessed
- other technical information required for the operation and security of the website
This processing takes place insofar as necessary for the secure and technically reliable operation of the website.
Hostinger may process data through its infrastructure and service providers in various jurisdictions in accordance with its applicable data protection policies and safeguards.

3. Registration for the 100 Wom(b)en Scene
If you register to participate in the 100 Wom(b)en Scene of VOCE – The Voice of the Earth Awakens, we process the information you provide through the registration form.
Depending on the information you provide, this may include:
- full name
- email address
- WhatsApp / telephone number
- confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older
- city, region and/or country you are travelling from
- confirmation of your availability for the filming dates
- information relating to transportation and/or car-sharing
- additional information you voluntarily choose to provide
- acknowledgements and confirmations made during registration
This information is processed for the purpose of registering participants and organizing, coordinating and communicating with participants in connection with the VOCE film production and the 100 Wom(b)en Scene taking place on 3–4 October 2026 in Faro and the Algarve, Portugal.
The information provided through the registration form will not be used to subscribe you to unrelated newsletters, advertising or marketing communications without an appropriate legal basis.
4. Tally Registration Form
The participant registration form is provided through Tally, a form service operated by Tally BV, Belgium.
When you submit the registration form, the information entered into the form is processed through Tally in order to collect and provide us with your registration.
For the information collected through our registration form, we determine the purposes of the processing and Tally processes the information on our behalf as a service provider.
According to Tally, form creators remain in control of the respondent data they collect, while Tally processes and stores the information on their behalf.
Tally may use subprocessors where necessary to provide its services.

5. Google Sheets
We use Google Sheets to organize and manage registrations for the VOCE film production.
The Tally registration form is connected to Google Sheets. Information submitted through the registration form may therefore also be transferred to and processed through Google services for the purpose of managing and organizing participant registrations.
This may include the information listed in Section 3 of this Privacy Notice.
Access to the registration information is limited to persons who require access for the organization and production of VOCE.
Google processes personal data in accordance with its applicable data protection terms and privacy policies.
6. Communication with Participants
We may use the contact information you provide, including your email address and/or telephone or WhatsApp number, to communicate with you regarding your registration and participation in VOCE.
This may include communication concerning:
- the gathering and filming
- dates and schedules
- locations and meeting points
- accommodation
- transportation
- food and practical arrangements
- costumes
- preparation for filming
- changes to organizational details
- other information directly related to your participation in the VOCE film production
Your contact information will not automatically be used to subscribe you to unrelated newsletters or promotional communications.
7. WhatsApp Participant Group
We use WhatsApp to communicate with registered participants and to organize the 100 Wom(b)en Scene of VOCE.
The WhatsApp / telephone number provided during registration may be used to contact you regarding your participation and to invite or add you to the private WhatsApp group created for participants.
The WhatsApp group may be used to share organizational information, updates and communication relating to the gathering and filming, including schedules, meeting points, preparation, accommodation, transportation, costumes and other practical information connected to the production.
Please be aware that when you join a WhatsApp group, your telephone number and certain WhatsApp account information may be visible to other members of the group, depending on your WhatsApp privacy settings. Other participants may therefore be able to see and store your telephone number.
WhatsApp is provided in the European Region by WhatsApp Ireland Limited.
WhatsApp processes information in accordance with its own applicable terms and Privacy Policy. WhatsApp may also process information using infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards described in its Privacy Policy.
Participation in and use of the WhatsApp group also involves processing by WhatsApp independently in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policies.
8. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data only where there is an appropriate legal basis under applicable data protection law.
Depending on the specific processing activity, this may include processing that is necessary in connection with your requested participation in the VOCE film production, processing required to comply with legal obligations, processing based on legitimate interests in securely operating and organizing the project, or processing based on your consent where consent is specifically requested.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
9. Sharing of Personal Data
Personal data is only shared or made accessible where necessary for the operation of the website, participant registration, administration or organization of the VOCE film production, or where required by law.
This may include service providers such as:
- our website hosting provider
- Tally, for participant registration
- Google, for the organization and administration of registrations
- WhatsApp, for participant communication
- persons working on the VOCE production who require access to particular information for organizational purposes
Access to participant information within the VOCE production is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant organizational purpose.
In addition, when you participate in the WhatsApp group, certain information — particularly your telephone number — may be visible to other members of the group as described in Section 7.
We do not sell your personal data.
Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, such processing is subject to applicable data protection requirements.
10. International Data Transfers
Some service providers used in connection with the website, registration process and participant communication may process personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, such transfers are subject to the safeguards required under applicable data protection law, where applicable.
11. Storage Period
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Personal data collected in connection with registration for the 100 Wom(b)en Scene may be retained for the period necessary to:
- manage registrations
- organize and carry out the filming
- communicate with participants
- complete relevant production administration
- address questions or issues arising from participation
- fulfil applicable legal, contractual or documentation requirements
Where certain information must be retained for legal, contractual or administrative reasons, it may be stored for the applicable required period.
Personal data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
12. Filming, Image, Voice & Participation Rights
The processing of personal data for registration and organizational purposes described in this Privacy Notice is separate from permissions relating to participation in the film itself.
Participation in the VOCE film production may involve the recording of a participant's image, body, movement, voice and/or performance.
Participants will receive separate information and/or participation and release documentation concerning the recording and use of such material in connection with VOCE – The Voice of the Earth Awakens before filming.
This Privacy Notice does not replace such participation or release documentation.
13. Voluntary Information
Where a field in the registration form is marked as optional, providing that information is voluntary.
Please do not provide sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the organization of your participation.
14. Your Data Protection Rights
Subject to the conditions and limitations provided by applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:
- request information about the personal data we process about you
- request access to your personal data
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- request deletion of your personal data
- request restriction of processing
- object to certain processing
- request data portability where applicable
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
